It will bring together primary and specialty care, imaging and laboratory services, outpatient surgery and urgent care all under one roof. Whether it’s a routine check-up, diagnostic imaging or treatment for health issues, you’ll have access to the care you need.

• Primary and Urgent Care: Comprehensive care for your ongoing health needs and immediate treatment for non-emergency issues. Our primary care services focus on preventive care, managing chronic conditions and supporting your overall well-being. For unexpected illnesses or minor injuries that need prompt attention, our urgent care is here to provide quick, reliable treatment when you need it most.
• Specialty Care: Get comprehensive care from a wide range of medical providers, all in one convenient location. Specialty practices are slated to include cardiology, oncology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, obstetrics and gynecology, along with various surgical specialties.
• Imaging and Laboratory Services: On-site diagnostic testing for faster results and better coordination of care.

Location and future plans

Main Line Health plans to purchase approximately 14.5 acres of the 61-acre Wild Meadows property, located at the northern portion of the property, bordered by Manor Avenue to the north and Lloyd Avenue to the west. This central location makes it easy for residents of Downingtown and surrounding communities to access essential health services.
