We are hiring board-certified or board-eligible Urologists who are ready to make an impact — whether your focus is urologic oncology, robotic and minimally invasive surgery, female urology, men’s health, kidney stone disease, reconstructive urology, or general urology.
Our integrated system serves the greater Philadelphia region with access to high-volume surgical cases, the latest robotic and surgical equipment, and a collaborative environment supported by subspecialty-trained colleagues across disciplines.

Comprehensive urologic services including diagnostics, surgery, and advanced care for conditions such as incontinence, prostate disorders, kidney and bladder cancers, pelvic floor dysfunction, and more. -
High-tech surgical environments — including state-of-the-art operating rooms with da Vinci® robotic systems, Aquablation, Holmium laser technology, and advanced imaging integrated into care workflows.

Access to a strong network — Work across Main Line Health’s five hospitals and multiple outpatient practices throughout the region, including Bryn Mawr Hospital, Lankenau Medical Center, Paoli Hospital, Riddle Hospital, and Bryn Mawr Rehab.

Multidisciplinary care teams — Collaborate with oncology, nephrology, radiology, radiation oncology, and other specialists as part of a systemwide approach to urologic care.
